How long will it take to see results?
While results are sometimes seen very quickly, many times it takes some time for the search engines to sort things out. Usually, the results of the Local SEO efforts will be seen within 30-45 days of the completion of verification, although sometimes it takes as long as 60 days. This is entirely dependant on the time each search engine takes to review and accept your information, as well as possible verifcation by mail that can take an additional 1-3 weeks.
How do I Upgrade my Service?
GREAT NEWS! To upgrade your account, simply purchase the new package that you would like. Once the new package is purchased, submit an email or give us a call to cancel your previous campaign.
Can you implement your on-page recommendations on our site?
Most certaintly. Not having a website is better than having a penalized website for lack of coding or improper/dated/banned code implimentation. With our Local SEO Ultimate PLUS package, we will tackle your existing site, giving it a 100% healthy crawl by Google, or in some cases, it is more cost effective to give your business a facelift with an entirely new responsive website that is coded out of the box to be loved and ranked by the search engines.
How do I cancel my Service?
Should you ever need to cancel your account with MapClimbers, first, we are sorry to lose your business and hope that you will keep us in mind when growing your business becomes affordable to you in the future, second, simply send us a request to fill out a brief Cancellation Form and once we receive it back from you, we will stop services and cancel future billings.
Other then the cost, what am I investing in the process?
Generally, the more involved you are with this, the better. At the very least, we need you to completely fill out the Client Information Form you’re given upon initiating payment with MapClimbers. In addition, some of the search engines and databases require you to receive a PIN via traditional mail to prove you are at your stated address and allow for us to make changes and updates on your behalf to best optimize your business. We need this PIN so that we can complete the submission process. If this PIN is lost or there is a delay in giving it to MapClimbers, that will delay the timelines.
May I pay for your services with a credit card?
Yes, we accept PayPal for all services. You can connect your company’s credit card to your PayPal account and use that for payment. In rare and occassional custom solution circumstances, MapClimbers will send a same-day invoice for you to complete payment 'due-upon-receipt'.
Do you restrict any websites?
Yes. We do not work with sites with any viruses, bad software, Trojans or worms and we will not work with any site's containing racially discriminating, violent, or illegal content.
